We also dive into how methods studied by therapist can be super helpful to building and leading a team. Things like the Enneagram and how knowing your teams core motivators you can process through conflict, training, and even encouragement more effectively. Lot of good stuff and we realized we only just started to scratch the surface so we are hoping to have Kelly back to dive in more!

It was so good to be reminded how important proper goal setting can be. Sometimes you have to push yourself and make your goals higher than you think, because sometime you reach your goal and realize there was another tier higher that you should have been aiming for.
